Hygiene may be at the first place when we talk about hair maintenance. With no doubt, what we have do the most to our hair is washing it, which is the very basic step to obtain a clean and healthy scalp. How often should you wash your hair? I am blessed that I am not a greasy hair type, so I am only wash my hair 3 times a week *grin* usually pair with hair conditioner, applying at the ends of the hair and try to avoid from putting conditioner near to the scalp and roots, which will actually clog your follicles and increase oil production.
