Follow Trend or Follow Heart
To make sure we always have a topic to talk about “hair”, the world keeps excite us by offering different hair trends in every year or maybe every season. And it almost become a part of our culture, which we must have a new hairstyle when we get into a new year. It’s like a MUST to be inclusive in the MUST DO list.
Celebrities were always the best sources to get the scoop on what hair trends and styles will be obsessing over the season. As time goes by, we even could get inspirations from bloggers or influencers online nowadays. They are most likely a catalog, we pretty enjoy seeing them to present themselves in those novelty looks with the utmost trendy hair styles.
Will you keep trying the new hairstyles according to the mainstream trends or will you just have your haircuts by following your own desire or preference? Some people enjoy to explore the possibility within themselves, by constantly trying on the newest hair styles and it looks fun though! But there’s also people that have their own signature hair styles that never change for years or maybe it’s remain unchanged for the entire of life (Are you talking about Phua Chu Kang, the best in Singapore and JB?), and who cares?
Could not deny the facts that a decent hair styles could add on a lot of points to our appearance. When I have reached the age that I could have any hairstyle that I like, I have tried so many, boy cuts, medium length, short bob, medium bob, long straight hair or even curls. I personally think that the long straight hair is kind of boring *smirk*. So, every time when my hair has grown into a certain length, I will go for a haircut or maybe perming sometime.
In fact, my very favourite hairstyle was inspired from lady in a comic and her name is Chen Xiao Jie (Old Master Q). For me, this hairstyle (short bob) makes everyone looks forever young *laugh*. So, what’s your favourite?
